A simple and delicious rice recipe using UNGAPLUS's "Hokkaido Umaisen HOKKAI CAN"
◎Materials/Rice 2 cups/Water 360CC
・1 can of UNGAPLUS sardines in soy sauce with Japanese pepper ・Mushrooms (as needed) ・1 tablespoon of dashi
・2 tablespoons soy sauce
・2 tablespoons mirin
◎How to make
1. Wash the rice and drain in a colander.
2. Place all ingredients in a clay pot and leave for about 30 minutes.
3. Place over medium heat, and once it starts to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it steam for about 10 minutes and it's done!
