Yoichi is a town adjacent to Otaru, overlooking the Sea of Japan from the base of the Shakotan Peninsula. "The Wind of the Shakotan Peninsula" is made with pesticide-free herbs that are grown naturally, without the use of fertilizers or pesticides, in a way that follows the natural order, while receiving the wind that crosses the sea here. It is created by the handwork of the Yoichi Welfare Education Village, which aims not for efficiency or mass production, but for a cycle of connection between the maker and the user, with kindness to both, and with consideration for the future environment.

A blend of pesticide-free herbs (spearmint, apple mint, lemon balm, lemongrass, calendula, German chamomile, mallow, lavender, and holy basil) creates a fragrant herbal tea perfect for relaxation. It helps balance the autonomic nervous system, providing a moment of relaxation and refreshment.

This medicinal tea is made with a blend of pesticide-free herbs (echinacea, mugwort, yacon leaves, sweet basil, roasted black beans, bamboo grass, Houttuynia cordata, German chamomile, and holy basil) to improve circulation. We use Guérande salt from Brittany in northwestern France, which has a climate very similar to that of Yoichi. We respect the traditional method of crystallizing salt using only sunlight and wind, and the aim of protecting the tidal flats environment, and source it through fair trade.

This popular product is a blend of organic herbs (sweet basil, oregano, sage, thyme, hyssop, chives, rosemary, and winter savory). The fragrant rosemary blend goes well with meat dishes, potatoes, focaccia, and more. Rosemary has excellent antioxidant properties and promotes the breakdown of fat.
