Asahara Glass Factory × UNGAPLUS

Asahara Glass Factory, located in Otaru Tenjin, continues to produce glass floats in order to pass on their craftsmanship, and has created an original UNGAPLUS glass. The history of glass in Otaru began with everyday items such as storage containers for daily necessities, oil lamps, and floats for fishing. While the demand for glass products has declined over time, glass has evolved from practical items to more design-oriented items, remaining deeply rooted in Otaru's culture.

This cool glass is reminiscent of a floating ball, and is just the right thickness, making it feel stable in the hand.
You can choose from four different colors.

[clear]
The warmth of the glass, made from recycled materials in their natural color, evokes the image of old-fashioned household utensils.

[sea blue]
The refreshing blue glass evokes Asahara's lifestyle, a deep love of nature.

[retro green]
A retro-style glass reminiscent of the floats that were made from recycled glass from alcohol bottles.

[navy blue]
This deep blue glass is reminiscent of the sea at night, and retains the warmth that can only be achieved through hand-blown glass, which is made one by one by artisans.

It will be delivered in this UNGAPLUS original box.
