Products

The UNGAPLUS trademark features a design of a Kitamae-bune ship as a treasure ship, carrying the Seven Lucky Gods, and a mark representing the Otaru Warehouse's trade name, "Marine Transport x Good Fortune." With the hope of bringing "plus luck," we offer auspicious items made together with Otaru craftsmen.

[Seven Lucky Gods' Lights]
This floating candle can also be used as interior decoration, depicting the Seven Lucky Gods riding on a treasure ship.
This transparent white boat-shaped candle is decorated with modern Japanese colors and gold and features seven gods aboard. Each god is handcrafted and decorated with Ebisu, Daikokuten, Fukurokuju, Bishamonten, Hotei, Jurojin, and Benzaiten.

[Seven Lucky Gods Candle]
These candles bring happiness and are filled with the wish for good luck. They are designed to resemble the Seven Lucky Gods riding on a treasure ship, and there are seven different types available.
"Ebisu (red)" represents the wish for business prosperity, "Benzaiten (peach)" represents the wish for academic success and romance, "Daikokuten (yellow)" represents the wish for abundant harvests and prosperity of descendants, "Jurojin (green)" represents the wish for happiness and longevity, "Hotei (light blue)" represents the wish for family harmony and safety, "Bishamonten (blue)" represents the wish for martial arts and competitions, and "Fukurokuju (purple)" represents the wish for career advancement and virtue. These candles feature eye-catching vibrant colors against a transparent white base. They also make a great gift.

[Otaru Matchmaking: Overlapping Connections]
As "unga + gift," which delivers original gifts from UNGAPLUS, we have created a "connection" together with Iwayama.
This set allows you to stack and store circular vessels of different heights, and is inspired by the idea of "circles (edges) overlapping." The combination of a conveniently sized free-standing cup and small plate can be used not only as tableware for both Japanese and Western styles, but also in a variety of other living situations, such as on a desktop or dresser. Choose from two colors: "Marble," which has a wood-like texture, and "Black," which has a matte, charcoal-like texture. The set of two pairs will be delivered in an original UNGAPLUS gift box.

[Pine, Bamboo, and Plum Celebration Toast and Small Plate Set]
This set of sake cups and small plates featuring pine, bamboo, and plum blossoms is a very auspicious design created in collaboration with Sapporo ceramic artist Tsukiji Yoshiro.
This is a special gift that is only available at Otaru Department Store UNGAPLUS. It will be delivered in a special original box. How about giving it as a gift to a special person?

[Green glazed oak plate]
Tsukiji Yoshiro has created two original small plates for Otaru Department Store UNGAPLUS, featuring the auspicious oak leaf motif.
The oak tree has fragrant leaves, and because its old leaves do not fall off until new buds appear the following year, it is also used as a lucky charm to symbolize "an unbroken lineage." The character for oak, "kashiwa," is composed of the character "white," which represents purity and innocence before the gods. The word "kashiwade" (kashiwa-de) is likely derived from the precious oak leaves that are used as vessels for offerings to the gods.
This calming oak plate is finished with a special green glaze. It is a delightful piece that can be used for both special occasions and everyday use.

[OTARU・KUTANI Wooden Congratulatory Sea Bream]
Otaru Department Store UNGAPLUS asked Mitsu Kazuhiro, who studied Kutani ware in Ishikawa Prefecture and is currently active in Otaru, to create the "OTARU -KUTANI" series using wooden molds for dried sweets and paints used in Kutani ware. Tai, a traditional dried sweet used at celebratory occasions, has been turned into a celebratory object (comes in a box). This is an original UNGAPLUS piece, full of playfulness.

[Irifune Bracelet]
This brass accessory series is perfect for the atmospheric streets of Otaru. Among them is a boat-shaped bracelet inspired by the wooden molds used for the Wasanbon sweets sold by UNGAPLUS, which represents the Kitamae-bune ships that once transported goods to Otaru, as well as the treasure ships that brought wealth and happiness to the people.

[UNGAPLUS Bangle]
We asked COAS, which has a workshop in Otaru, to create an exclusive bangle for UNGAPLUS. Inspired by the charming and atmospheric scenery of Otaru, the bangle features a simple design made of brass, which changes color over time, and the UNGAPLUS logo.
Brass develops a beautiful luster as it ages, deepening its color and creating a simple yet elegant look. This brass bangle can be worn by both men and women, and makes a great gift.
