The Kitamae ships carried seafood such as kelp, herring, and salmon from Hokkaido to the Kansai region. Otaru also brought a large amount of seafood. This set includes two types of processed scallops, both of which were seafood carried by the Kitamae ships, and grated kelp, perfect as a snack.
Kitamae Route Otaru Sea Smoked Scallops are soft, flavorful Hokkaido scallops pickled in smoked oil and individually vacuum-packed for easy eating.
Confit is a cooking method originating from southwestern France, in which ingredients are slowly simmered in oil at low temperature. This dish is prepared simply and deliciously without any additives, using only olive oil, rapeseed oil, and salt. It is made with scallops from Hokkaido.
Kitamae Route Otaru Sea Food Tororo-maki Konbu is luxuriously wrapped around carefully selected domestically produced Tororo-konbu. The rich flavor, which combines the mellow richness and texture of seasoned konbu with the delicate texture of Tororo-konbu, makes it the perfect snack to accompany tea or alcohol.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, changes to your order details, or modifications to your order for customer convenience after the order has been completed.
If, in the unlikely event, the delivered item is defective, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item.
In the case of a defective item, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
