The Kitamae ships carried seafood such as kelp, herring, and salmon from Hokkaido to the Kansai region. A large amount of seafood was also transported from Otaru. This gift set contains four types of seafood carried by the Kitamae ships. 
Kitamae Route Otaru Sea Smoked Scallops are soft, flavorful Hokkaido scallops pickled in smoked oil and individually vacuum-packed for easy eating.
Kitamae Route Otaru Sea Food Smoked Bite-sized Herring is made by slowly smoking fatty herring over time and then individually wrapping it in easy-to-eat bite-sized pieces.
Kitamae Route Otaru Sea Food Konbumaki Herring and Salmon is made by wrapping Hokkaido herring and salmon in Hidaka kelp and seasoning it with a secret sauce that does not contain synthetic additives.

- *For shipping to multiple addresses: Due to the cart system, only one shipping address can be specified per order. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please complete the purchase process separately for each destination.

- Shipping cost is 200 yen per set.
- Gift wrapping, paper bags, and Cash on Delivery (COD) are not available. (If selected, shipping will automatically switch to Standard Shipping.)
- As items are delivered to your mailbox (Japan Post Click Post), delivery date and time cannot be specified.
- Depending on the shape of the mailbox, it may be delivered by hand.

We offer paid wrapping/gift wrapping services for purchased items. Please choose your preferred wrapping option below and add it to your shopping cart.
In principle, all items in your order will be wrapped together as one package; however, depending on the size or quantity, items may be divided into two or more packages. Fragile items such as mugs will be wrapped individually.

Wrapping paper is a free service. You can choose from various headings. If you would like a name printed, please enter the name in the “Notes” field at the bottom of the cart page.
If you prefer inner wrapping, please write “Inner wrapping requested” in the “Notes” field at the bottom of the cart page. If no note is provided, all items will be wrapped as outer wrapping.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, changes to your order details, or modifications to your order for customer convenience after the order has been completed.
If, in the unlikely event, the delivered item is defective, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item.
In the case of a defective item, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
