We deliver delicious, Otaru-made sweets in packaging that expresses the history and nature of Otaru. This small gift set includes two popular baked goods and candy. 
The former Otaru branch of Nippon Yusen Kaisha has a luxurious appearance that hints at the prosperity of Otaru during the Meiji period. The packaging features the "Kinkarakawashi" (golden leather paper) that was used as wallpaper in the VIP room of the building. This traditional French pastry (Galette Bretonne) has a crispy, melt-in-your-mouth texture and is gently sweetened with honey.
A blend of pesticide-free herbs (spearmint, apple mint, lemon balm, lemongrass, calendula, German chamomile, mallow, lavender, and holy basil) creates a fragrant herbal tea perfect for relaxation. It helps balance the autonomic nervous system, providing a moment of relaxation and refreshment.

In principle, all items in your order will be wrapped together as one package; however, depending on the size or quantity, items may be divided into two or more packages. Fragile items such as mugs will be wrapped individually.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, changes to your order details, or modifications to your order for customer convenience after the order has been completed.
If, in the unlikely event, the delivered item is defective, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item.
In the case of a defective item, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
