HAKKO GINGER No.1 is a brewery from HAKKO GINGER Lab., which opened in Niseko, Hokkaido in 2020. This is Japan's first in-house ginger beer, born from the desire to let more people experience the deliciousness of the homemade ginger beer they had in Australia. 
This non-alcoholic ginger drink recreates the traditional British brewing method, boasting over 300 years of history. Made with organic domestic ingredients such as ginger, lemon, and chili peppers, it is fermented with yeast from the Ezoyama cherry tree, which grows wild in Hokkaido. This healthy drink features a natural, gorgeous aroma, a strong spiciness, and a gentle sweetness. 
This brewery was founded in Niseko, Hokkaido in July 2020. The first in-house ginger beer in Japan was born from the desire to share the deliciousness of the homemade ginger beer they had in Australia with many people. The name comes from, of course, "fermentation," as well as "luminescence" and "eight." "Luminescence" refers to everlasting youthful radiance. "Hakko Ginger" is made from "eight" ingredients, created by adding our passion to seven organic ingredients.

- *For shipping to multiple addresses: Due to the cart system, only one shipping address can be specified per order. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please complete the purchase process separately for each destination.

- Shipping cost is 200 yen per set.
- Gift wrapping, paper bags, and Cash on Delivery (COD) are not available. (If selected, shipping will automatically switch to Standard Shipping.)
- As items are delivered to your mailbox (Japan Post Click Post), delivery date and time cannot be specified.
- Depending on the shape of the mailbox, it may be delivered by hand.

Our online shop shares inventory with our physical stores. Therefore, depending on the timing of your order, a lag in inventory updates may occur, and in rare cases, the product may be unavailable. We appreciate your understanding. In such cases, we will contact you separately via email.

We offer paid wrapping/gift wrapping services for purchased items. Please choose your preferred wrapping option below and add it to your shopping cart.
In principle, all items in your order will be wrapped together as one package; however, depending on the size or quantity, items may be divided into two or more packages. Fragile items such as mugs will be wrapped individually.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, changes to your order details, or modifications to your order for customer convenience after the order has been completed.
If, in the unlikely event, the delivered item is defective, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item.
In the case of a defective item, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
