"Fondant au Chocolat" is delivered in a package that resembles the exterior of the "Old Otaru Warehouse," where UNGAPLUS is based. Fondant is French for "to melt," and it is a bite-sized chocolate cake that is not fully cooked, but is left soft in the center. 
The meringue is thoroughly whipped to incorporate as much air as possible, and then a skilled craftsman gives it a final quick mix, sealing our rich, melt-in-your-mouth original raw chocolate in the center of the smooth, melt-in-your-mouth dough before baking. 
The Old Otaru Warehouses are a historic structure built about 130 years ago by a Kitamae-bune shipowner. They consist of three buildings that have been expanded over time, with the brick building in the center and the soft stone warehouses lined up on either side, creating a symmetrical landscape in northern Otaru. 
The packaging, which recreates the beautiful exterior of the warehouse, is also appealing. Enjoy the moist and rich fondant au chocolat while learning about the story of the former Otaru warehouse overlooking the canal. 
Just warm it up in the microwave and the chocolate will melt and melt. Serve with vanilla ice cream to create a contrast in temperature. It also has a chocolate brownie-like texture and is delicious served chilled.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, changes to your order details, or modifications to your order for customer convenience after the order has been completed.
If, in the unlikely event, the delivered item is defective, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item.
In the case of a defective item, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
