"Kanyuzuri" is a spicy seasoning made by mixing chili peppers from Myoko City, Niigata Prefecture, koji, yuzu, and salt, and then aging and fermenting it for over three years. It is a versatile seasoning with the refreshing aroma of yuzu and the spiciness of chili peppers. 
We also carry "Kanzuri," which has a mild spiciness. Please take a look at that as well. 
It can be used in a wide range of dishes, such as hot pot, pasta, curry, pizza, and can also be added to noodle soup and sauces. It also makes a great gift.

In principle, all items in your order will be wrapped together as one package; however, depending on the size or quantity, items may be divided into two or more packages. Fragile items such as mugs will be wrapped individually.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, changes to your order details, or modifications to your order for customer convenience after the order has been completed.
If, in the unlikely event, the delivered item is defective, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item.
In the case of a defective item, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
