Otaru Beer Otaru Ale is produced by Hokkaido Beer Brewery, which was founded in Otaru in 2002. This British ale is brewed using a top-fermentation method, where yeast is fermented at high temperature for a short period of time. It is a craft beer from Otaru that is characterized by its rich aroma and flavor. 
We also carry "Otaru Lager" and "Otaru Dark." Please take a look at them as well.

- *For shipping to multiple addresses: Due to the cart system, only one shipping address can be specified per order. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please complete the purchase process separately for each destination.

- Standard shipping rates apply if purchased with other items.
- Shipping cost is 200 yen per set.
- Gift wrapping, paper bags, and Cash on Delivery (COD) are not available. (If selected, shipping will automatically switch to Standard Shipping.)
- As items are delivered to your mailbox (Japan Post Click Post), delivery date and time cannot be specified.
- Depending on the shape of the mailbox, it may be delivered by hand.

In principle, all items in your order will be wrapped together as one package; however, depending on the size or quantity, items may be divided into two or more packages. Fragile items such as mugs will be wrapped individually.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, changes to your order details, or modifications to your order for customer convenience after the order has been completed.
If, in the unlikely event, the delivered item is defective, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item.
In the case of a defective item, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
