This Junmai Daiginjo Miyoei HAKU is produced by Kitajima Sake Brewery, a company established in 1805 during the Edo period in Konan City, Shiga Prefecture. Made with Yamadanishiki rice grown by contracted farmers and polished to 35%, this Junmai Daiginjo offers a gorgeous aroma, an elegant, fruity flavor, and a lingering finish. 
Kitajima Sake Brewery uses rice grown in the water-rich Omi Basin and applies what they have learned from the traditional "kimoto-zukuri" method that has been used since the Edo period to brew sake. This sake inherits traditional techniques and ideas. 
It will be delivered in this box, which would make a great gift.

Founded in 1805 in Konan City, Shiga Prefecture, Kitajima Sake Brewery has been dedicated to sake. For over 200 years since its founding, the brewery has continued to pursue and promote the delicate flavors that only sake can offer, the delicious chemical reactions that go well with food, and the ideal form of sake that is in line with the times, based on traditional brewing techniques borne of the wisdom of its ancestors and the natural climate.
