This rich dip is made with Hokkaido-grown mascarpone cheese and crab miso, made with raw milk from Hokkaido. It's a delicious and easy appetizer or a great accompaniment to drinks. It's also a popular secret ingredient in hot pots and rice porridge. 
Sakhalin trout caught off the east coast of Hokkaido are cut into bite-sized pieces and simmered until tender in Nemuro's famous "Habomai kelp soy sauce." This is a popular dish that goes well with rice or tea, or as a snack with alcohol. 
This canned saury, caught at Hanasaki Port in Nemuro, Hokkaido, is carefully packed one by one in a petal-shaped (chrysanthemum) shape. It is a popular delicacy with a refreshing flavor created by adding yuzu. 
We capture the bounty of Hokkaido's rich fishing grounds and the land, along with the story of Otaru, in cans and deliver them to your table from the historic Old Otaru Warehouse, Hokkaido's first commercial warehouse.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

In the case of a defective item, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
