"Hokkaido Delicious Selection HOKKAICAN" was created in collaboration with Hokkai Seikan Co., Ltd., a symbol of the Otaru North Canal. It features seafood such as pacific saury and sardines caught in the waters off Hokkaido, seasoned with a local favorite.
Another appealing feature of this dish is the "chrysanthemum filling" technique, in which soft ingredients are packed one by one by hand. Although it is a time-consuming process, it prevents the fish from falling apart and is made with care to ensure a beautiful appearance when opened.
These sardines, known as "Nemuro Shichisei" (Nemuro Seven Stars), are from Nemuro, Hokkaido. They migrate off the coast of eastern Hokkaido, where nutrients are abundant, and are known for their fatty, firm flesh. They are individually packed into petal-shaped containers known as "chrysanthemum filling" and simmered in olive oil. Finished with a refreshing touch of lemon juice.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, changes to your order details, or modifications to your order for customer convenience after the order has been completed.
If, in the unlikely event, the delivered item is defective, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item.
In the case of a defective item, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
