The Kitamae ships sailed across the Sea of Japan, transporting goods and culture. They also brought a great deal of seafood from Otaru. With the memories and history of the town that prospered through trade on the Kitamae ships in mind, we created our "Special Snack Series," which condenses the delicious flavors of Hokkaido's bountiful seafood.
"Otaru Delicious Selection Hokkaido Scallops" is made from baby scallops from Hokkaido, carefully prepared using a unique drying technique to bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients, bringing out their sweetness, umami, and softness. 
They are individually vacuum packed so you can enjoy the fresh flavor whenever you want.

- *For shipping to multiple addresses: Due to the cart system, only one shipping address can be specified per order. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please complete the purchase process separately for each destination.

- Shipping cost is 200 yen per set.

- As items are delivered to your mailbox (Japan Post Click Post), delivery date and time cannot be specified.
- Depending on the shape of the mailbox, it may be delivered by hand.

In principle, all items in your order will be wrapped together as one package; however, depending on the size or quantity, items may be divided into two or more packages. Fragile items such as mugs will be wrapped individually.

If you prefer inner wrapping, please write “Inner wrapping requested” in the “Notes” field at the bottom of the cart page. If no note is provided, all items will be wrapped as outer wrapping.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, changes to your order details, or modifications to your order for customer convenience after the order has been completed.
If, in the unlikely event, the delivered item is defective, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item.
In the case of a defective item, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
