This "Glass & Wood/Flower Vase" is the result of a collaboration between "KIM GLASS DESIGN," which has its workshop along the sea in Otaru Shukutsu, and woodworker Hiroaki Shimizu, who lives in Sapporo. It combines Otaru glass with a wooden base crafted from trees grown in "Nakahawa no Mori," creating a beautiful flower vase with a unified aesthetic achieved through the combination of different materials.
The glass flower vase is available in two colors: amber and blue, both with a subdued tone. There are two sizes of the base, and you can choose between a natural finish and a persimmon-stain finish for the base color.
Glass flower vases are also suitable for hydroponic cultivation of bulbs and other plants, as you can observe the beautiful growth process in the water.
Of course, you can use it as a flower vase, but you can also enjoy floating candles in the water.
The flower vase can also be used as a glass dome by turning it upside down. It's also perfect as a display case for candles, dried flowers, or cherished collections. The beautiful wood grain of the base and the negative space of the glass enhance the display.
The wooden base has a natural oil finish, allowing you to fully appreciate the strong grain of the wood.
This flower vase connects the materials that are passed down in two different places: Otaru glass and the wood of Nakagawa-cho.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, changes to your order details, or modifications to your order for customer convenience after the order has been completed.
If, in the unlikely event, the delivered item is defective, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item.
In the case of a defective item, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
