Amidst this, processing techniques to make the nutritious deer meat a delicious and wonderful food are constantly evolving. The "Smoked Flavor" series, which brings out the original flavor of deer meat, comes in three varieties. The chips used for smoking are made with an original blend of cherry, plum, apple, pine, and other woods, resulting in a well-balanced and gentle aroma.
This dish features venison that has been carefully processed into a flavorful bacon, then thinly sliced and thoroughly dried for a full day to create a spicy flavor.
This dish is created with a focus on achieving a rich flavor and expansive aroma, allowing you to fully enjoy the exquisite taste and texture of the carefully selected venison itself.
This product is made by stuffing carefully selected deer meat into natural sheep intestines, hanging it in a smokehouse for two full days, and bringing out a rich, deep flavor.
