Sweetened purple bean simmered
Made with 100% Hokkaido purple hanamame beans. This luxurious dish uses exceptionally large purple hanamame beans, a type of kidney bean known as a high-quality vegetable bean, and is boiled until plump and mellow. The robust flavor of the beans makes this a popular dish. 
Made with 100% Hokkaido Taisho Kintoki beans. Originating in Tokachi, Hokkaido, Taisho Kintoki beans are a representative variety of red kidney beans. Bright red-purple in color, soft flesh perfect for boiling, and a rich sweetness make this a popular delicacy. 
This dish is made with 100% Hokkaido tiger beans. These high-quality tiger beans, known as "tiger beans," are carefully simmered to take advantage of their sticky texture. Known as the "king of simmered beans," these beans are a popular delicacy with their fragrant, rich yet refined flavor.
We capture the bounty of Hokkaido's rich fishing grounds and the land, along with the story of Otaru, in cans and deliver them to your table from the historic Old Otaru Warehouse, Hokkaido's first commercial warehouse.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
