Otaru Central Market is a 3-minute walk from JR Otaru Station, and ”Drinking and Eating NEGRA” is located in one of the three buildings on the seaward side, offering creative cuisine with ethnic, Chinese, Southeast Asian, Okinawan, and other international elements. The menu has a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. The tangy and spicy dishes are delicious no matter what you order, and the restaurant's creative flair is evident throughout.
Inside the restaurant, the first floor is a counter, and the second floor has tables and small seating. As you can imagine from the name of the restaurant, the dark lighting creates a relaxed atmosphere. It has a nice, relaxing, hideaway atmosphere.
Looking at the menu, the exotic and creative menu items, such as "Wok-fried Seafood with Basil Sauce," "Gizzard with Szechuan Pepper," "Moist Shrimp Spring Rolls" and "Genghis Khan Fried Rice with Lamb," will make you feel excited even before you order, even while you are trying to decide which one to have.
