The BEST Things to Do in Otaru, Japan|Otaru Day Trip
"Bakery Ondine" is a bakery directly operated by the hotel, located on the first floor of the Osent Hotel Otaru adjacent to Miyako-dori. The hotel bakery has a slightly intimidating image of being located at the back of the lounge after passing through the entrance, but Bakery Ondine has its own entrance facing Miyako-dori separate from the hotel entrance. It is a very convenient hotel bakery where you can stop by casually while shopping.
The bakery has an established reputation for breads for meals such as croissants, baguettes, campagnes, and breads, and the "Premium Bread," which has been on sale since 2015, is very popular as a souvenir. In addition, cakes and baked goods are also available in the refrigerated case. The bread is baked with great care using carefully selected ingredients such as Hokkaido flour, butter, and homemade natural yeast.
