The main restaurant in Inaho, Otaru City, offers a wide variety of dishes including sushi, donburi (rice bowl), various set menus, curry, tempura, ramen noodles, and other dishes using Otaru seafood, in addition to the nationally famous "Wakadori no Hanmi-age" as its signature product.
The fried half-wakamichi chicken has maintained its traditional flavor since its establishment, with crispy skin and juicy inside. The skin is crispy and the inside is juicy. The excess fat has been skimmed off, so the dish is not as greasy as it looks and is unexpectedly refreshing. The slightly salty flavor goes well with white rice or even beer.
