"What is this?" I found while walking around Otaru
As expected!
This can manufacturing factory was once the largest in Asia.
On the roof...a retro Showa-era tin robot.
Hooray for everyone! \(≧u≦)/!
Radio calisthenics number two! \(^^)/!

I think that no matter where you take a photo of the Hokkai Can Otaru Factory, it's a building that makes for an interesting picture.
Then suddenly a question came to mind.
Why do I feel that taking pictures of old buildings is interesting and picturesque? (Of course, older isn't necessarily better...)
Maybe it just seems fresh in this day and age?
Is it because it still has a human element to it?
Is it because the designs were more elaborate in the past?
I wonder why this is.
Thinking about this makes me unable to sleep lol.
