"What is this?" I found while walking around Otaru
I received a notice from the Kita Canal Totanista Association (hereinafter referred to as Kita Tota Association) that I have been appointed as the head of the New Project Planning Office, in addition to my current role as head of the Scouting Department.
So recently, I have started to check out the candidates who have the potential to become Totanistas 40 to 50 years from now (hereafter referred to as Young Totani).
Now the Totani are all shiny and young. Should I say it's only natural... Should I say it's a sign of love for the local area... Here in the North Canal, the Shakotan Blue seems to be overwhelmingly prevalent.

Other than that, I have seen a small number of "Otaru Romantic Red" and "Ivy-covered Green." I don't think there will be any in the future, but if by any chance "Ankake Yakisoba Yellow" or "Yoichi Peach Pink" are discovered, I would consider forming the "Totan Rangers."
If you know of any good young Totanis, please let us know...we would appreciate it.
