"What is this?" I found while walking around Otaru

As the head of the planning department of the Kita Tota Association, I have been scouting out Tsutamen (Ivy Men) from around the city with the aim of holding another new mission: the Otaru TsutaMEN Contest.

However, as we entered the latter half of September and the contest preliminaries approached, unfortunately their good looks began to deteriorate rapidly lol. So, scouting activities for the 2020 Tsutao Contest have been temporarily suspended, with only 15 candidates having been found so far.

They will resume activities in early summer 2021, when they will once again be back in their shining good looks. To those of you who were looking forward to them, or to fans... of course, there is not a single one of you. But... for now, we would like to inform you that they will be taking a break from activities for the winter lol.
