"What is this?" I found while walking around Otaru

Around the Otaru Canal, these adorable buildings always have their mouths wide open and look happy.

Everyone looks a little drunk. I guess this is what us old guys laughing "Gahahaha" at the izakaya look like. I love it.

ps.1 Since it includes ordinary houses, I have converted it to a painting style, but I don't think it has much effect.

PS.2 It has been getting noticeably colder recently. The Kita Tota Association, which is weak to the cold, will be hibernating until next spring.
