Otaru The Harbor is a single building with different spatial concepts, based on the motto of "harbor," a place that accompanies you on your journey. The first floor operates as a cafe where locals can drop in casually, while the second floor is a co-working space and a place for remote work and nomadic work.

You can also rent rooms to suit a variety of occasions and needs, from renting the entire building to renting private rooms. The Harbor is a "port" that accompanies you on your journey. It's a place to refuel, change course, and meet up. You can also make secret plans with like-minded friends. You might even encounter something once in a lifetime.

It is a place that connects generations, whether you know the past or are visiting for the first time. Many people and things gather, something is born, and something departs. Just as the port of old accepted all of this, we here today continue to be someone's "port."

This shop, renovated from the "Old Otaru Warehouse Main Building," said to be the oldest commercial warehouse in Hokkaido in the Otaru North Canal area, develops and sells original products that convey the charm of Otaru. The shop tells the story of Otaru's prosperity during the Hokkaido pioneering era and the history of the Kitamae ships, and displays and sells processed seafood and agricultural products from ports of call and Hokkaido, as well as original products by artisans and artists with ties to Otaru.
