For lunch, fill your stomach at a charming café or restaurant converted from a stone warehouse. If it's summer, a boat trip to the "Blue Cave," one of only a few found in Japan and also discovered in Otaru, is a must-do activity. Boats primarily depart from and arrive at the North Canal. Otaru's "Blue Cave" is Japan's only tourist spot where you can enter the cave by boat, making it a truly unique experience.
