It offers a wide variety of sake from all over Japan, and the traditional flavors of oden and local fish are appealing. The menu includes Hokkaido Atka mackerel, belly harasu, sablefish, and shishamo, as well as a wide variety of seasonal seafood depending on what's available that day, as well as grilled, simmered, fried, and sashimi dishes that bring out the best in vegetables.
